Adriana (Paulina Gaitan) is a girl of 13 years from Mexico who is kidnapped by sex traffickers, setting off a desperate mission by her brother (Cesar Ramos) to save her. Trapped and terrified, Adriana's only friend is Veronica (Alicja Bachleda), a Polish Woman tricked by the same gang. Jorge faces the unspeakable terrain of the sex trade tunnels. Along the way he meets a Texas Cop (Kevin Kline) who becomes an ally in his task. He faces untold horrors on his way to a final confrontation at a stash house located in NJ. They are too late, however, and Adriana is sold and disappears into the brutal global underworld, which few victims return from.
