In this third of the Taxi triology, the protogonist Cohort Emileen (Frédéric Diefenthal) is a cop in the Marseilles Police Department. Emilien is assigned to investigate the mysterious bank robberies by a group who call themselves to be Santa Claus gang. They dress up like Santa Claus while robbing banks. Emileen gets so engrossed in the investigation of this case that he could not even realise that his wife Petra (Emma Sjöberg) is eight months pregnant. In the process of the investigation he takes help of Daniel Morales (Samy Naceri) a taxi driver and his very old friend.
