Belle Williams (Queen Latifah) is one of the fastest cab drivers in the city of New York. Well-known for her heavy foot and the dream of becoming a race-car driver, Belle is being stopped right in her tracks by cop Andy Washburn (Jimmy Fallon). Andy is very “special” because of his inability to maneuver vehicles, which got him in trouble with the precinct. Without his drivers license, Andy cannot finish his plan of capturing a team of Brazilian bank robbers. However, Andy comes up with an idea. He convinces Belle to join him in the chase, which turns out to be more difficult than Andy had thought, because of their two clashing personalities.
